Mr. Moradian focuses on the representation of mortgage lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on multifamily and healthcare project loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration. His practice involves acquisition, refinancing, and permanent financing loans utilizing a variety of different financing structures including GNMA-backed Securities loans. Prior to joining Krooth & Altman LLP, Mr. Moradian served as an Intern with the Legal Division of Freddie Mac.
