Mr. Menon focuses his practice on representing mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions under various programs, including loans to be purchased by Fannie Mae. Mr. Menon is also experienced in corporate and general business matters. Mr. Menon is a former director of the Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives at the U.S. Department of Education where he worked primarily on school choice matters for disadvantaged children.
